I’m that clinical instructor until I got burnt. Cut em loose early, 2 of these neurotics (always eating antidepressants) ratted on me. Messed it up for every semester after that.

that's why I hate 12 hours clinical by 3pm nothing much is happening. I did 12 hours once summer and I said never again 8 hours is perfect

One of the clinical instructors literally had their students just sit around when all the nurses were drowning 🥴🥴 like why even stay on the floor then??! Taking up all the computers and chairs at the nurse’s station!

I never understood this. My school had us complete every single hour and if we missed due to weather we had to make it up. Clinicals is very important in nursing school.

One of my clinical instructors was like this she streamlined our clinicals and we got more than and more hands on clinical experience than the other two that made us stay the full time. lol

best nights in nursing school was the "shhhh, dont say anything, but we're done for the night, unless someone wants to stay until 11 (evening program)" and everyone stared each other down.... snitches get stitches! lol
