I have a friend who has suffered grief throughout her life , they don't reach out because of the pain they suffer , so I make sure I check in regularly just for. chat and show them someone cares . The smallest gesture will go a long way , we all need to be supported and loved at sometime in our lives, without having to receive self praise .
