The SEC database is just a repository for all filings legitimate or not. It does not endorse the content or assertions made inside them. Form N-8A remains a lawful, regulated filing mechanism not a conduit for birth certificate based financial schemes.

The “bond funds” don’t exist. The story is based on a misinterpretation of how Treasury securities, Social Security, and government accounting work. There’s no private account with your name on it holding trillions that you can unlock. • Courts have repeatedly thrown this out. Every attempt people have made to “redeem” or “cash in” their birth certificate has failed, and in some cases folks have gotten into legal trouble (fraud charges, tax evasion cases, etc.) for trying to file paperwork or sell the idea to others. • Where the kernel of truth comes from: Governments do issue bonds and track population statistics, and some people connected those dots into a myth that each citizen’s birth certificate is tied to a bond. But the “account” isn’t real—it’s just government debt financing, not personal wealth you can claim.

For those who don't understand. There are people who think your birth certificate is linked to a secret fund (bond) and if you certify your certificate, you get access to that fund. She is probably a "sovereign citizen"
