Preparé este helado usando el kéfir original y el queso de @Lifeway Kefir ser deliciosos, están llenos de beneficios: ✔️ Tienen probióticos (buenísimos para la digestión) ✔️ Son altos en proteína ✔️ Son hasta 99% libres de lactosa ✔️ Y no tienen azúcar añadida Yo los uso casi a diario en mi cocina y esta vez los convertí en un helado estilo blueberry cheesecake que fue un éxito total con mi familia!! Ahora si, aquí la receta: 🔅Ingredientes: - 1 ¼ taza de kéfir original + ½ taza de queso Farmer, ambos de @lifewaykefir - ¼ taza de proteína de vainilla (puedes sustituir por leche en polvo). - 1 cda de mezcla para pudín en polvo sin azúcar sabor vainilla. - 1 cdta de esencia de vainilla. - 5 galletas trituradas. - Endulzante al gusto. Topping: 5 galletas adicionales + arándanos. 🔅Preparación: En un procesador de alimentos o licuadora, mezclar bien todos los ingredientes (a excepción del topping). Luego colocar en el contenedor especial de la Ninja Swirl by Creami y congelar por 24 horas. Una vez transcurrido el tiempo, sacar del congelador y procesar en “soft serve” y luego “ice cream”. Al terminar agregar los topping y procesar en la opción “mix-in” y servir. I prepared it, using the original kefir and cheese from @lifewaykefir I love that they are loaded with probiotics that help with digestion, they are high in protein, low in sodium, and what I like most is that they are lactose intolerance friendly. 🔅Ingredients: - 1 ¼ cup of original Lifeway Kefir + ½ cup of Lifeway Farmer Cheese, both from @lifewaykefir - ¼ cup of vanilla protein powder (you can substitute for powdered milk) - 1 tbsp of sugar-free vanilla pudding mix - 1 tsp vanilla essence. - Sweetener taste. - 5 cookies. Topping: cookies + blueberries. 🔅Preparation: In a food processor or a blender, mix all ingredients well. Then, place in the Ninja Swirl by Creami container and freeze for 24 hours. After 24 hours, blend in the Ninja Creami, using "soft serve" and “ice cream”, then add the toppings and blend using the option “mix-in”. Serve to enjoy💪🏽💪🏽
