They are actually very docile. They can’t harm u unless it’s with the back teeth of the jaw. They get a bad rap but are actually so cool

Wow, I have lived in Arizona for 40 years. I’ve seen rattlesnakes tarantulas Javelina all kinds of stuff but never once have I seen a Gila monster!
