Most of my evil was because of my own sin that allowed the enemy to gain a foothold in my life and spoke these lies like what you're feeling. When you stop fighting and seeking God, He will give you a new nature that is led by His Spirit and you cultivate the new you and transformation begins. It'll take intention and a commitment to walk with the Lord and know Him personally so you start looking like Christ rather than the old you. I couldn't even stand to look myself in the mirror and thought I dont care who I am anymore and when I was broken, the Lord came to and revealed that I'm His and I should start to pursue Him more.

it's a love hate relationship when someone brings out that side of me it's like I'm put in the backseat and watch as we drive through a warzone out the window at all the burning bodies and cars and buildings but you can't help but not look away eyes fixed taking every detail in unable to blink forced to watch
