Country girl here- take olive oil, lemon juice and baking soda if they still smell. You can also use lemon grass oil for the house, just put it in your mop water. The smell is awful!

We have 2 German Shepard’s who have unfortunately gotten sprayed THREE times in the past year. Just recently, last week. We’ve now resorted to doing a yard check nightly before letting them out.

They make special shampoo to get rid of the smell, if needed again! You can get it at pet stores.

This happened to my BFF dogs the day before her sons 1st birthday. It was literally 11pm and it was awful. Trying to get skunk smell out of the house in the summer was not easy.

My 4 dogs got skunked a few years ago and it was burn in my noise I smelled it for months. I had a mobile groomer come and deskunk all 4. It worked so well and we had to get rabies shots long story me and my 3 kids. Awful. Glad all is well now!!!

I'm so glad we don't have massive population of skunks in uk. but fox poo is disgusting and my dog loves fox poo and have to give them tomato ketchup baths

You. Have to do it over and over my friends dog got sprayed and they bathed him in this solution every day multiple times a day for like two weeks before the smell came out

I know this is late...but for the future..Pooph is your best friend. it works amazing. Amazon or Chewy have it. You can apply straight to the doggo. it's magical!
