I quit after 9 years on the swim team and was happy for a bit, but now I don’t know who I am without it. Not sure if I classify this as getting better now but I am free. No longer trapped under waves of expectations and pressure.

I loved volleyball, some of the team and the coach ruined it for me, I quit and became the teams photographer my senior year instead of playing.. part of me regrets it but I would've kms if I stayed...
