Easy High Protein Meal Prep for the week: let’s make a Fall Harvest Sheet Pan Dinner 🤎✨ *recipe screenshot at end* Ingredients: 2 packs apple chicken sausage (I’m using dietz and Watson) 12 oz Brussels sprouts 1 lb sweet potato 1 red onion 1 honey crisp apple 1/2-1 tbsp Olive oil Minced garlic 1-2 tbsp Honey Salt Top with 1/4 c fresh grated Parmesan cheese (after baking) Directions: Preheat oven to 425°F. Chop all ingredients and spread on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, honey, garlic, and salt. (If you’re tracking calories I measuring the container before and after pouring and then in grams track it) Bake for 25 minutes, then broil 3 minutes for extra crisp. Top with fresh grated parmesan and enjoy. I did 5 servings and each came to 370 cals, 25g protein each. I ate one for dinner and packed the other 4 for meal prep.
