these comments are not it, she was rude to a customer who was being nice, she was giving her the worst looking pastries, she was being aggressive, she was mean to her coworker, the customer just wanted a good experience there.

If your paying for it, you can choose. It’s not rude, it’s getting moneys worth. But the server had all right to be frustrated because she could have asked much nicer and said thank you or please.
