I definitely don’t think bringing your own pillow and blanket is extra! Whatever makes you feel safe/comfortable (as comfortable as you can be with a human coming out of you😂) during birth is NEVER extra.

congrats can't wait... I know your having a hospital birth. I just cannot recommend enough a home birth or birthing center. I had all 5 @ birthing centers and 1000/10 x9 recommend. at the end of the day a happy healthy momma and baby is all anyone asks. happy delivery. and happy couple weeks before baby arrives!!

Yes your own blanket & pillow is a must, stay warm and cozy the hospitals are so cold!

I never had the #2 issue when having my girls. 🙃 All the meds working their way out of my system made sure of that.

Make sure your hat/cap is for preemie babies not size 0-3 because they are waaay too big for the first weeks.

don’t forget snacks! I gave birth at 10pm and everything was closed cafeteria and my favorite take out. I brought coconut water, some seltzer and a few protein snacks definitely saved me until the morning.

Rodziłam rok temu i uważam, że masz super przydatne rzeczy spakowane! Nie wiem jakie są amerykańskie warunki ale polecam też ekstra długą ładowarkę do telefonu, w Polsce się przydaje bo kontakty są daleko 😅
