Some of this might be a little cheaper at Walmart though! I think some canned goods can be 97 cents instead of $1.25! Not a big difference but every little bit helps when you need it!

Meals on a budget are great but not if you can’t have gluten. They always have wheat pasta. However Walmart has a pretty cheap gluten free pasta.

My dollar tree is across the street from a Meijer. I could if there are good sales going on get the pasta, corn, garlic cheaper there. But very good budget meal for those that don’t have the luxury to shop multiple places. And if you don’t care for garbonzo beans you can get a can of chicken to drain and add as protein

Dude as a person who can't eat lactose to any degree I found lactose free cottage cheese and I am in heaven. Of course i only eat it with grapes and a healthy serving of dry roasted edimame, I'd delicious. you should try it😁😂🥰

Just an FYI dollar stores most of the time aren't the most affordable option. For example I once needed Play-Doh for a project. I was near a Dollar store and went to get one of those little tops for a dollar but something told me to look up the price online for somewhere else. They had the same exact tub listed for 49 cents.
