The ghosting thing is the worst part. Apply, wait two weeks to be asked to schedule an interview or prerecord one. Radio silence for a month, then get met with rejection or nothing at all. What a waste of time

They are requiring experience for entry level now bc the boomers literally cannot teach/train the jobs anymore, and yet are still getting paid the most at places and can’t flip a pdf but thank god they’ve been doing that job for a decade 🙄🙄🙄
