@vickyjustiz: family workout, FULL BODY EDITION 💪 workouts are looking a little different for these new parents but we're determined to still make fitness a priority!! working out together is a great way to bond (trauma bonding thru those burpees lol) Save the workout we did: * 3 min warm up / mobility (not filmed) * 2 min squat to press * 2 mins of 5x deadlifts into 5x dumbbell rows * 2 mins of pushups * 2 mins of 5x lunges into 5x single leg deadlifts * 2 mins repeat to the other side ^^ * 2 mins to do whatever exercise we wanted workout burnout: * 1 min squat taps * 1 mins burpees We repeated this circuit x2 for a full 30 min workout! the soreness the next day was real 🥵 #fullbodyworkout #workoutroutine #workoutplan #coupleworkout
