Just be mindful, as a gourmet and functional mushroom grower that mushroom lung is a thing. I wear PPE when picking my mushrooms for a reason. I wouldn’t go wearing that on your face.

Leaving this here bc I really should have included a disclaimer of this in this video, but: DO NOT DO THIS YOURSELF. I wear ppe when growing, this was worn for about 30 secs with precautions taken to cover my eyes, nose and mouth underneath. I also let most of a lot of the spore drop and disperse outside for a couple of days. Despite that this is still a risk and I would never let anyone else wear this other than myself.
