I tried mouth tape, but apparently I drool in my sleep and my drool breaks the seal. does anyone have solutions?

When I first started I couldn’t open my mouth the air would push through. Now I notice I’m sleeping in my mouth open half way. I don’t get it.

I'm afraid of using a tape and the cpap stopping at night for whatever reason and me dying because I'm definitely a mouth breather without cpap - is it safe?

I completely understand! I am a mouth breather, too. That's why I developed this tape - to be safe, but also to reduce the painful CPAP dry mouth!

I don’t think I’m opening my mouth but the last few days I’ve woken up with drool. So I guess now I’m opening my mouth?! Not sure what’s that about 🤷♀️

Would love to try this mouth tape! I tried something from Amazon that just doesn’t work. I tend to put lip gloss on before going to bed to keep my lips moisturized and apparently the tape doesn’t work so well with it. Actually, my lips kept opening with the tape, too. Maybe I’ll try apneasy!

Or buy kinesiology tape at Walmart for like $5! I cut mine into 5" strips ahead of time and then put a slit in the middle of each one.
