Was on the Dreamliner behind you from Paphos. No other coaches arrived. No TUI rep. Had to make our own way home. Ended up renting a car and driving from Cardiff back to Birmingham. Disgusting service from TUI

why because there was a accident at BHX . what they supposed to do land the plane when the small aircraft was stuck on runway. at least no one was injured or worse

Was supposed to fly at 630 this morning, now having to wait until 1630

we were coming from Corfu. was delayed 90 mins from original take off due to technical fault. then on way back diverted to Stanstead. where sat on plane for 2 hours as landed there at 1625 in the end. waited for baggage for around 2 and a half to eventually leave on coach at 10pm. got home at 1am when should of originally been about 5/6pm
