as a woman coming to terms with her NPD and watching Kendra’s story unfold, i feel as though becuase of the stigmatisation of PD’s it’s making it harder for people to sympathise w. her and have empathy for her. idk what she’s dealing with in her brain and body, but at the same time she has to be held accountable for the actions and harm she’s caused to the psych. and honestly only the psych and whoever else legally involved gets to decide that. i hope she can move on from this and try to live a better life than allow whatever defensive mechanism her brain is doing to protect her. she has to let that go in order to recognise she is in the wrong in this situation

right like telling someone who is having an episode or are in delusion even if they are in a way that isn't done w/ compassion & care is stigmatizing & ableist

"People can be victims and perpetrators" this is very important to keep in mind. I see many saying they refuse to "take her side" (there's no sides imo) because she doxxed him. I also don't think that's right but I do also truly believe that no matter what happened between her and her psychiatrist, she is currently a victim of her own mind. She's obviously going through something and while her behavior may be unacceptable, that doesn't make her irredeemable as a person

everything you said is very true but like two major things stick out to me: 1) trying to diagnose her is bad bc like these disorders are already so stigmatized and diagnosing only stigmatizes them further, it only cause harm. 2) i think ppl need to stop jumping and hating on the psychiatrist bc it is very clear she is an unreliable narrator (one glaring piece of evidence being when she claimed her therapist was begging her to come back when it was just a regular email that they are expected to send) and the psychiatrist will never be able to tell his side due to HIPPA so we will never know what the whole truth is or if he did take precautions
