So liberals ‘ruined’ D.C. because it has crime? Funny how you ignore the fact that deep-red states like Alabama and Mississippi are consistently ranked among the poorest, worst educated, and most violent—even with tiny populations. What’s their excuse? No liberals there.And of course crime is higher in D.C.—it’s a major metro with jobs, power, money, and millions of people passing through. High density + high opportunity = more people = more crime.Meanwhile, in the middle of nowhere, red states are struggling with crime without any of the population, jobs, or economic output.

DC isn’t suppose work like every other city. It’s not suppose to be an economic hub like every other city in America dipshit. Blue cities and states add way more to the county’s gdp than poor red areas.
