As an undergraduate stepping into early career era, i naturally think bigger company = better career so i don't even apply to 'small' companies UNTIL my internship. My intern company is by no means small, tapi ya its not tycoon company (get it?) And i learned so much from my senior colleagues.. things that are not in my job scope and they are all super nice, super engaging and warm (something you won't get in big corporate company sebab semua orang sibuk dengan workload sendiri) they all told me the same thing. Kalau fasa kerja ni tujuannya kejar duit, then go to big companies, reap all the financial benefits you could sbb the price you have to pay for it is your lifestyle and your health potentially. Tapi kalo tujuan kerja untuk menikmati hidup, then choose a company yang membolehkan kita maintain lifestyle dan our health. They remind me, kita di dunia ini, harus selalu ingat bahawa kerja itu ibadah, tapi kalo sampe memudaratkan, itu bukan lagi ibadah.

Yep, basically all 'big' corporates are like that. As you can see now a lot of corporates has such facilities like gym, game hub, and even tennis table (like what I had in my former corporate), I thought they were just being all nice and stuff but ended up I come to realization that they have those kind of facilities cause they know the workload they given to their employee would take up a lot of times, including their life outside company such as workout :)
