I buy an insane amount of peaches! With a whole bushel I would: eat ~4 lbs, freeze 8 lbs in 4 bags, save 3-4 lbs to gift fresh, spicy jam 8 lbs, regular jam 4 lbs, ginger jam 4lbs, salsa 4 lbs, jelly 4, syrup 4, use the last ~12 lbs in baked goods

Hot tip, put them into smaller bins bc as they ripen the weight will make them moldy at the bottom. If they’re ripe put them in the fridge!
