Is it common to have offices like this attached to a warehouse, then renting them separately? It seems a little odd to me to have a (potentially) noisy warehouse, and having different clients in offices right next to it.

how do the numbers look on the closing statement? does it show a purchase price of $800k and then you have a separate contract with the seller?

I guess the only problem I see with individual office renting is the big investor don’t like small companies on the lease. Getting someone to pay top dollar is the cash flow but also getting a company with great financials and asset on the lease.
