How to eat healthier without spending much! I spent £25.71 in @Tesco and made 16 meal preps with a variety of gorgeousss ingredients, I also had lots of the ingredients leftover!  I made a creamy tomato based soup, a broccoli and cheddar soup with extra greens, a hidden veg tuna pasta bake which is perfectttt for kids, and prepped superfood snack of dark chocolate coated brazil nuts. Follow me for more @jadecarolanfitness Creamy tomato soup: 650g tomatoes 1 white onion 1 garlic bulb 1 red pepper 2 carrots 1 chicken or veg stock cube 1tbsp olive oil salt black pepper 1tsp oregano 1tsp cayenne pepper Roast for 35 minutes at 200 then blend and add: 40g 50% less creme fraiche  Healthy broccoli cheddar soup: 1 broccoli head 700g potatoes 1 white onion 5 large garlic cloves big handful of kale 1tbsp olive oil salt and pepper 40g mature cheddar  200ml milk 700ml chicken stock or veg Pan fry the onion and garlic for a few minutes before adding the potatoes, broccoli and kale. Pour in the milk and stock. Bring to a boil then turn down to simmer and cover with a pan lid. Cook for around 30 minutes then blend. Grate in cheddar.  Hidden veg tuna pasta bake: 4 cans of tuna  1 courgette 2 carrots 1 white onion 3 large garlic cloves 1 orange pepper 2 cans of chopped tomatoes 1tbsp olive oil salt  pepper 1tsp oregano 40g 50% less creme fraiche 20g parmesan 400g dry pasta 200g mozzarella  parsley  Dice the veggies and pan fry in olive oil for around 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for a further 10-15 minutes until the carrots are soft. Add to a blender until smooth, pour the sauce back into the pan, mix in creme fraiche and parmesan. Season again to taste if need be.  Add cooked pasta to an oven dish and pour the sauce over. Mix in 4 cans of drained tuna. Top with cubed mozzarella and bake in the oven covered for 10 mins at 200 and 15 minutes uncovered at 200. Top with parsley.
