To be fair it’s been going on for years and years like yeah sure if you prefers cream etc in your pasta go ahead but stop starting up ‘traditional Italian’ restaurants that are no where near traditional and are almost a mock of Italians

People need to relax. Every nation borrows recipes & changes or elevates them to their liking. I prefer the modified Brit version. Besides, pasta was brought to Italy by Marco Polo & tomatoes didn't arrive from The Americas until the 1800s. Who do I complain to about Italy? Mama Mia!
