It’s so hard to let him go and be with him at the same time. I try my best to not speak and let be but it’s frustrating. My anxiety kills me and don’t know how to calm it

I keep crying out to God, not for answers about him, but about me. What do YOU want for ME, Lord? Do You want me to heal in silence, to let go, to interact with him in love but without expectation, to wait for something unseen? I’m tired of guessing. Tired of limbo. I wish You would write it down, send me a card, a sign, a carrier pigeon.
