other helpful things: ordering ALL food first in the morning, the person on oven has a headset and can pop it in right when you order it. when ordering drinks say the size and if it's hot or iced and if there's any changes to milk FIRST, then modifications. we steam milk or get it ready to pour and so often we'll prep the default milk since you wait last second to be like "oh can I get that with _____". advanced technique for ordering multiple of similar drinks is to say how many, and then you can say the sizes or modifications, ex: "I'd like two strawberry acais, one grande one venti, venti without inclusions" we have a copy drink button so we can type in the drink, copy it, and then modify individually if needed so it's just an extra helpful thing.

it literally should be a frequent occurrence, say size, say iced or hot, and tell us if you’re scanning the app and then what your payment method is, and everyone would be happy, and customer service will be so much better like let’s work together 🤝

How do customers refer to paying with Starbucks app/card in your experience. Because when I ask “are you paying with the Starbucks app” and they say no and then open the Starbucks app scan AND pay I’m not sure where the disconnect is
