100,000 guests at $35 doesn’t make sense they wont recoup the money spent. Are those guest numbers correct?? And are those ticket prices correct?? That’s awfully inexpensive for this type of event.

And the local community will not see a penny of those profits. Most in Arlington live below poverty. With a fraction of the ppl living above means. If you bring this kind of venue to Arlington, do something to improve the lives of the people living there.
