Protip: ALWAYS FOLLOW THE CONTRADICTORY VALUE BEHIND THE WORDS. If they position themselves that they try to be neutral, most of the time it’s actually the opposite but they seldom to become too harsh. Like “gimana gitu” in rising tone at the end, may hold hidden unspoken opinion deemed too personal or even controversial. People mostly seldom to be too honest with their words but their tone and faces cannot lie. Colloquial Indonesian language has always have their emotional tone motif. As our language and culture is also highly contextual in comparison with the western world languages in general, the indirect meaning, one of them, can be observed by its spoken tone. We’re quite sneaky to hide the real meaning behind the tone of some ambiguous words to mask even brutal honesty sometimes. Leaving an empty space for the listener to interpret it rather than giving it out in the open.

'cant describe' vibes kind of, but each other should be understand or already understand it, and they move on to another topic 🤔

sebenarnya kayaknya "gimana gitu" buat sesuatu yang ga bisa dijelaskan dengan kata-kata, tapi lebih mengarah ke arah negatif.
