@mrlbforlb: I was literally fighting stage 4 in this photo, and because of me having a substantial amount of muscle mass I won, was able to have a 23 hour surgery performed on me that saved me, my tumors shrunk substantially before then as well due to my immuno therapy responding well with my body being so Jacked, Legit being a GYM RAT Saved MY LIFE, I never quit and I always stayed in that GYM!
So cancer thrives in acidic and hypoxic environments. Cancer loves glucose. So I mean I don’t 100% disagree with this at all. I think being in shape, low fat and high muscle mass, ingestion of antioxidants, low cortisol etc are al helpful with some level of cancer treatment.

my oncologist said the same thing. I handled the chemo good because of the amount of lean skeletal muscle mass

Testosterone use or proper hormones/ elevated while being on treatment isn't looked into enough. That weekend state I feel makes you so much more vulnerable

Were you able to hit chest with your port? I’ve been told not to by some people at risk of dislodging it
