I’ve seen something similar like that in my back yard. It was around midnight a few weeks ago. I have solar lights around the entire yard. My dog started going crazy while looking out the window. I looked outside and saw a tall figure with an umbrella. I couldn’t see it very well because it was dark, but the solar lights kinda illuminated the figure. I went to go grab my phone and my pew pew. I went outside with my dog, and nobody was there. I did a full sweep of my entire yard and found nothing. It scared tf out of me.

ny has this man called the "blanket man" he just walks around with his blanket, passive, wont even talk to people or accept help. apparently he started in nyc and made it to plattsburgh and now hes in malone. no body knows his story he just wont talk to anyone 🤷♀️

Wow, she sure was able to get close to “take a picture” 🙄 I hate people like this because they are feeding into fear mongering. You know damn well that this woman probably just had her boyfriend put on an outfit and take an umbrella and go stand up on a hill while she took the picture from 30 feet away. No saying woman by themselves in the middle of the night would go this close to such a creepy man and stop and take a picture. Especially a picture of this clear. I call bullshit.
