I think for some Southwest flights they only have a changing table in 1 of the bathrooms. On our plane it was the one in the back , the flight attendant told us when we tried walking to the front one with the baby

Buy her a ticket and use her seat. It gives you a bit more space and makes sure your seat isn’t damaged when you arrive.
