The same thing happened to me, and they didn't cancel it, and I'm paying for a year without visiting the gym; it's a total rip-off.

They always pull that “annual fee” card. Went to PF to cancel 3 months before the year was over and said I couldn’t cancel w/o paying. Luckily I had them on cashapp and just blocked them from drafting the payment.

Also for those saying to close your card are setting you up for bad credit scores! If the payments don’t process, it keeps charging that card on top of late fees. Then gets sent to collections after 3 months. Bye bye nice house, cars, or approved loans 🫡

If you get charged on 16th of every month, go in on that day make your last month payment and you will still be able to us they gym till the next upcoming 16 (30day notice) unfortunately you went on the month it also charges ur annual fee. ITS UR RESPONSIBILITY TO STAY ON TRACK OF UR FINANCES.

check your email for the PDF... they got me like that and put my account on hold. I fought with my bank and got the charges reversed
