I’m glad to hear this. Cause I hooped at an HBCU that was NAIA and some of the best players I’ve ever played and watched never got a true shot.

I played baseball at Pikeville. we played against a dude from another NAIA in North Carolina that was throwing 97+. He was from south America I believe.

Anyone saying NAIA lower than NCAA D3 don't know ball. There are several levels lower than NCAA D3 though, USCAA, NCCAA and club round out the bottom tier. NJCAA D1 is on par with NAIA and NCAA D2, NJCAA D2 is around the NCAA D3 level, but very inconsistent and NJCAA D3 is in that bottom tier. CCCAA and NWAC mirror NJCAA, maybe a little lower.

Washington Adventist is D2 NAIA. They had 3 Division 1 transfers my one year playing NAIA. My school beat them that same year and they had beat Howard university and Delaware State that same year.
