Aside from having a 20+ year career in beauty and wellness. I also love taking care of my skin. Inside and out.  Right before all the devil fun my skin didn’t have one line. Aging can be reversed with diet and the appropriate routine. I don’t believe in fillers until really it’s gone too far and you can’t use natural remedies. Juicing is the best skincare. Better than any chemical filled product. Topicals only work if your diet aligns. I love going for a facial- a non invasive addition to my routine. I was a pescatarian for 5 years and I would juice cleanse sporadically. I traveled a lot for work and a would get juice cleanses often on my trips. I grew up with a mother obsessed with health and my uncle was a professional bodybuilder. I have fond memories with my uncle in Asian stores looking for Korean Ginseng which is so good for you. My Korean coworker later in life agreed it’s one of her go to products. My mothers side is the healthy side. My fathers side is critical but not as much knowledge in this category. My mother studied nutrition and as a kid I didn’t appreciate how annoying she was with my healthy lunches that I would throw away and trade for junk. As I got older I appreciated it. Aside from juicing I love nutrient dense greens. Dandelion is a natural detoxifier and I often have this raw -micro greens as well. Massage therapy is also good for lymphatic drainage. I love going for massages. After my divorce I lived in the gym on my days off and juiced almost every day heavy green juices minimal sugar ingredients with lemon to cut the bitterness sometimes a tiny bit of apple. I was balanced but with occasional cheat days. For building muscle you need to increase calories and in the right categories. I had cut everything with toxins. I usually only buy organic and I look for products free of nitrates and other ingredients that age the skin. I love Ayurvedic remedies which goes hand in hand with yoga. Every where I travel I look for local natural products to add to my beauty routine. I am a beauty product junkie. I have cold pressed argan from Morocco -such an amazing oil. I also brought back oils from India known for their hair products and I love Asian skincare. In Asia they have a very diverse assortment in comparison to the US. While Korean skincare did become a craze in the last 10 years there is still a surplus of unique products in Asia. I do have a bit of memory concern after what’s occurred with my skincare knowledge. I know a lot about many topics from my long career. I teach about the skin and unfortunately after what’s been done my skin does need some tlc. Jealousy or admiration I go back and forth. They have been accentuating and adding lines in videos and pics that don’t exist but still my skin needs tlc. I am hoping this gets investigated soon because I deserve for this to be exposed.🙂 I won’t shut up until it does. 🙂
