born with pectus excavatum, post surgery, have scoliosis, hyperlordosis, my body feels like a room of torture, so far any physiotherapy only made short term progress, waking up thinking about illing myself as a genuine option. Proly gonna attempt tonight. No big deal ppl are abundant, im not pessimistic im just too tired to feel emotions, life or death, its like do i put brown or white sugar in my coffee

True in medicine we look at chest rises and falls for breaths and also abdominal breathing is a concern because it’s considered using accessory muscles which may mean a sign of distress.
