They are REALLY good. But here, I’ll give you a negative. If you don’t wash the shaker you drink out of right away (forgot it in my gym bag) it stinks really bad. There, lol.

I’ve had the products before and while I thought it taste good, it was a bit grainy. My biggest problem is that they Sucralose which is an artificial sweetener and I just don’t like it.
