That either happened at the warehouse by an Amazon employee or was a return and the person who returned it kept the new phone and sent that in and employee probably didn’t care to look to see if it was the right phone

someone returned it and then it went thru an FC, it was “problem solved” into being sellable but they probably labeled it wrong. LPNs usually need to be sold for reduced prices due to wear & tear and sometimes they get mixed in with customer returns….my opinion as a problem solver
