It’s quite simple as to why some NATIVE Americans are lighter skinned than others. The original natives, of course, were darker skinned. The Europeans migrated to American soil and the European men did terribly violent things to the Native American women and that is how the skin of Native Americans got lighter and lighter. Mixed… more than likely if you are American then there is a good chance you have some Native American if not all in your lineage. My family lineage has Cherokee and Choctaw and I am very proud to say so. ❤ I am currently visiting Cherokee and Choctaw country in the Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri region and it’s so amazing here. The Ozarks are a beautiful place to feel our ancestors presence. If you visit Branson, Missouri there is a museum at Top of the Rock that has four football fields long of Native American artifacts to be inspired by. So beautiful. I highly recommend people visit there and learn more about our original Native American ancestors. The history they teach in American schools is a total lie and the truth needs to come out. Native Americans were slaughtered for their land and it’s a travesty. Makes me cry 😭 I have some awesome videos on the page if you want to see some clips from the museum @mercyangel333. I think I’m kinda confused. Yes she has a native grandma but she also had a white grandfather and a white father. I think it’s kinda confusing that you can be 75% white and ppl say you look white (obv) and you get mad about it? I mean if an African person was 75 percent black (which most black ppl are in america) but tried to say they were European why would they be surprised if someone said they looked black or African? Then proceeded to get a cultural European doll and was like “idk why they’re so much lighter than me” like what am I missing here😭. I’m not trying to be rude at all but as a member of a mixed family this take doesn’t make sense to me.

If it makes you feel better, a ton of my friends had the same doll and were very pale. She was the only doll that had short brown hair and brown eyes so that’s what they related to I think.
