My bf was pulled over in front of my house on Saturday by the FBI, DEA,MILITARY,and secret service because “his tag light was out” (it wasn’t) pulled him out searched his car and asked why he was outside and basically pressed him out for 30mins and honestly we were so shaken up and in disbelief because 1 I felt like his life was in danger and 2 we were literally grabbing food and going in the house

This is extremely concerning especially for our young people that may have a certain look or live in certain areas. I work in SE and I have students that walk down Alabama/Pennsylvania just to get to school. I just pray their safety while simply trying to get to school or get home bc some of them are 10/11 but look 13/14 and could easily be profiled.

Also good to note that DC is a no tolerance jurisdiction! If you blow .08 on a breathalyzer it's a DUI (normal). BUT ALSO if you blow below .08 but they FEEL that your ability to drive is impaired it's also a DUI! Not worth it!
