had a meniscal surgery in 2017 they took 47% of my cartilage away, The worst thing I ever did was allowed that operation,still suffer with pain and difficulty walking 8 years later.

Hii was curious, what made you decide to do both at the same time? Btw, i think you’re so brave for this! Makes me feel encouraged about my own upcoming surgery as well. ACL, MCL, and meniscus repair for me so lots going on too.

keep going the 1st 2 weeks are horrific but after that you'll see a silver lining I promise. keep meds topped up constantly. I had 2 full knee replacements and this was the advice I was given. a year later and I am loving my gym routine ❤️❤️💪💪💪

Oh god i have menscuis issue its been almost 3 months i an going thrice still have the pain doctor told me to do operation but inside me i was like operation will be the last option.its my second injury in the same leg 🦵 I gone through soo much and still going i hope it’s recovered soon btw better then before but not 100%

I had my meniscus repaired 3 years ago recovery was horrible 😩 thank god all good now 🙏 sending you best wishes for a speedy recovery 🥰🙏

See I snapped my acl in elder leg during a motorbike accident 26 year ago I want to say- they never bothered fixing it n ny god the pain some days in that knee n leg is horrible but I don’t think I could physically do this op :/ I have fibro n just don’t have fbe energy to pull myself around lol x

hi thank you for making the videos . I tore my meniscus and had it Stich together. I'm in a full leg brace for 6 weeks and not to weigh bear on it . have you not been given any braces or restriction on movement/ weight baring
