Someone working as a caregiver here. She is sundowning and probably thinks that you’re Debra which might be her mother/sister if she cared for them or her daughter but then you should know the name. Anyway, she was wondering why that door is open and looking after Debra to make sure she’s okay because she can’t remember that someone is caring for her now. (1)
