Whatt we have more- cheraimeh, tbit, mufletta, matzah ball soup, rozalech, tchulnt, kobana, chopped liver, mafroom, kugel, honey cake, kubeh hamusta/beet, fried potatoes stuffed kubeh. And more. Btw hummus/ falafel/ shaksuka we have our own versions which you cant find anywhere like green shashuka based on green vegetables.

I know one Israeli who is of Nigerian descent and they made jollof rice. Also my dad is Nigerian and I once in my life made fufu with sauce, but I didn't have palm oil. My Sephardi husband was excited.
