Month/day/year please… “ then I hit them with the “ok so you are old enough to know that we need to speak to people with respect or nothing is going to get resolved. Now would you like to talk to me like a human being? If you keep demanding and yelling I will be hanging this phone up.”

While working from home I’ve def used my app to turn off my internet during a bad call. Best part? It wa during Covid for unemployment so that person waited 7 hours just to curse me out. 🤷🏽♀️could have fixed the problem with 3 clicks but he had to be rude.

You know what just kills me, i thought we had an unspoken rule, one ccr cannot be disrespectful to another ccr. Doesnt matter different companies, we are together on this, but no. Ive been dealing with a situation and this person is a rep and they are calling screaming and yelling at me. You are a rep to my friend, you know how hard it is!! Why you making my day harder??
