My husband who works for EPB was literally placed on that interstate by Jesus himself because the woman’s car literally started floated while he was FaceTiming me and he realized she had floated so deep into the water she was about to drown. No one else would help her so he busted her window out and saved her just before she drown

Ironically I had gone through this area the night before .. heavy rains . So never slow on highway before but this time.. too many 18’s had flashers on so I stayed in them with those guys . This is awful

This happened to me a few weeks ago - heavy rain, the highway was jammed so I thought I’d just hop off and go around back streets. I drove two streets over from the highway and literally watched the water rising. I saw the cars starting to wade in water and I was like heck no, turn around don’t drown. I had to pull into a wrecker shop driveway and wait about 20m for the water to recede enough to get out. Something is not right about these rainstorms!
