Meditation and grounding helps control your kundalini awakening. Even sitting in complete silence helps. I have experienced a kundalini awakening twice. The first one was so intense and bad and I just cried and cried and cried and had no clue what was going on and my second was so intense but beautiful.

I went to bed one night and saw what looked like the propeller of a helicopter made of red and green lights above my bed it was there whether I opened or closed my eyes. The next day I saw a grid made of light over everything and at night I saw a web in the sky connecting all of the stars and lights zooming from one star to the other very quickly. I saw colours moving around when I closed my eyes and could see energy flowing through trees when I touched them and also saw the trees breathing what looked like smoke coming off them. This lasted a week or two. I also had the awakening to all of the knowledge etc… what would you describe this as?

when I had my awakening in 2020 it started slow and then at one point in suddenly changed into a kundalini awakening..it was intense..I felt like I was in a psychosis at once point. it was extremely powerful..but it became so much that its almost like I turned it off. I feel like I'm awake but like half asleep half awake. I realized I still had to live my life here in the 3D ..I couldn't stay ..so now I'm in an in-between state. I did ALOT of release and ancestral healing and inner child and shadow work...it's like it became too much and I needed to take a break

mine was soo painful!!! it purged me to say the least!!! I felt electirc shock in my body!!! it was soo intense and I had no idea I'd die to live! I'm great now!!! no pain my nervous system literally rewired itself!! it's not always pretty! it was needed !!!! and I am for sure in tune now!! yesss!!! intense!!!!! She's absolutely correct bc I just had my Kundalini awakening not long ago. I've been awake to truth since 2022 of July and it took me 3 yrs bf I had my Kundalini awakening. That's not with all people that have to wait that long it's a learning process and about healing too from within in order to have this Kundalini awakening. You go through many processes bf you awaken to this. If that makes sense . So you'll def know when you have one. Everyone's experience of the Kundalini awakening is different.💚💙💚💙💚💙✨✨✨✨✨✨

I had a kundalini awakening and I didn’t know anything about it so it scared the 💩💩💩 out of me! I heard of the word kundalini and that you would experience energy going up your spine but that was it. 😅😅😅
