To be fair an occupancy permit is not a quality control permit. These are just your "professional" opinions although yes there are some code violations but maybe at the time of inspection the insulation hadn't settled or the door did self close. Poor quality either way!

Drip edge on the house also looked like it was missing a drainage gap. Paid that with surface tension and it looks like they have no fascia trim, going to have a rotted fascia and roof deck in a couple years
