Man, this routine is fantastic. I tore my rotator cuff and I’m waiting to get surgery in a few months. In the meantime I want to build everything up around it and have a great routine. The body waves feel fantastic. My daughter said this is an “Unc”exercise, but she can’t even do it lol 😂
