I think a calorie deficit/high protein diet is helpful otherwise these excercises won’t do much.

I've been using some of your exercises, where you sit on a chair. Now I have some more to try. 😊 I have to adjust what I do because of a heart condition but I also need to watch my weight/fitness so there's less stress on my ticker.
