@lostandlifting: If you struggle with the cable lateral raise to do even the lightest weight for reps, simply raise the cable to wrist height. This will alter the leverage point to be hardest at the bottom rather than the top - which is where you’ll be stronger in the range of motion. Allowing you an entry point to be able to do the exercise. 👌 #shoulderworkout #shoulderday #cablelateralraise
I have a question if you see this, if one has injured their wrist and/or grip muscles to where they don’t work quite “right” (I could go into more personal detail if I had more text space) are their ways to work out without further injuring that or would that be a doctor/PT question?

A friend of mine and I were talking about weights vs reps when you hit your 30ies. Would you say it’s better to do heavier weights but less reps instead?
