Why do they even allow 5 foster kids in one home? Studies show families w 4+ kids result in emotional neglect. And foster children have higher than average support and emotional needs.

im pretty sure the foster father is lying about the inappropriate things since some reports said that the other kids had similar bruising and injuries and he made the other kids clean up the blood (why make victims do this his story doesn't make sense)

I highly doubt his reason is true, and even if it were, why wouldn’t he call police. It seems odd that these kids just were cleaning up like this was normal behavior from the foster parent
